“DEMASCUS” AS A TUBI ORIGINAL

Tubi will Premiere the Full Season of the Limited Series From Playwright Tearrance Arvelle Chisholm Starring Okieriete Onaodowan, Martin Lawrence, Janet Hubert, Caleb Eberhardt and Shakira Ja’nai Paye on Thursday, August 7th 

SAN FRANCISCO, July 7, 2025 – Tubi (www.tubitv.com), Fox Corporation’s (NASDAQ: FOXA, FOX) ad-supported streaming service, today announced it has partnered with AMC Networks to premiere DEMASCUS, the six episode half-hour comedic sci-fi series from playwright Tearrance Arvelle Chisholm and AMC Studios that focuses on the title character as a Tubi Original. The limited series is executive produced by Mark Johnson (Breaking Bad, Better Call Saul), via his Gran Via Productions banner and Myki Bajaj of Gran Via. Kirk A. Moore (American Crime, For Life) and Chisholm serve as co-showrunners. The series will premiere exclusively on Tubi Thursday, August 7th.

DEMASCUS follows Demascus (Okieriete Onaodowan, Station 19), a Black man who goes on a journey of self-discovery using an experimental reality-bending technology. The series is a comedic, genre-defying, coming-of-age story that explores the gulf between Black male perspectives. Also starring are Janet Hubert (The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air), Caleb Eberhardt (Judas and the Black Messiah), Shakira Ja’nai Paye (Single Drunk Female, black-ish) and Martin Lawrence (in a recurring role). 

Benin Mtume from Tubi’s Content Acquisition and Partnerships team brokered the deal to bring Demascus to Tubi with AMC Networks’ Mark Dee-Shapland, Senior Vice President of Global Content Sales.

San Francisco, CA – June 18, 2025 – Tubi (www.tubitv.com), Fox Corporation’s (NASDAQ: FOXA, FOX) free ad-supported streaming service, today announced Tubi for Creators, a new program designed to accelerate Tubi’s investment in bringing more original stories from talented creators to its audience of over 100 million monthly active viewers. Tubi for Creators encompasses Tubi’s previously launched fan-fueled studio, Stubios, the recently announced partnership with Kickstarter and starting today, a new and scalable pathway for digital creators to bring their content to the platform. Six inaugural content creators have signed on to join Tubi for Creators, bringing more than 500 videos of episodic content with more creators joining and thousands of videos coming to the platform in the coming weeks. To lead the team that oversees Tubi for Creators and partnerships, Rich Bloom has been appointed as General Manager, Creator Programs & Executive Vice President, Business Development.

    • Dan and Riya are a Canadian YouTube duo best known for their hit series Beverly Valley High, where they portray a range of quirky high school characters, including fan favorites Riya and Tootsie. Blending comedy, satire, and relatable teen drama, their channel has a devoted global fanbase of nearly 6 million followers across platforms. Their series “Beverly Valley High” will be available on Tubi.
    • FunnyMike is a multi-hyphenate entertainer—YouTuber, comedian, rapper, and entrepreneur—best known for his high-energy prank videos, viral comedic skits, and music releases. He has more than 30M followers across platforms, and his series “Mr. Creepy Eyes” will be available on Tubi.
    • Jubilee, founded by Jason Y. Lee, with a mission to Provoke Understanding and Create Human Connection has amassed 10 Million subscribers on YouTube and billions of views to date. We are happy to be bringing Odd One Out, Ranking, Versus 1, and numerous Nectar series which are now available on Tubi.
    • Kinigra Deon is a powerhouse content creator known for her scripted series that blend comedy and drama, telling relatable stories with viral appeal. Her YouTube channel has garnered over 2 billion views, and she has built a digital empire rooted in culture, community, and creativity. Kinigra’s hit series Vampire Siblings, College Life, and The World Didn’t End When I Was 16 will be available on Tubi, bringing her cinematic storytelling to an even broader platform.
    • Mythical Entertainment, founded by acclaimed creators Rhett McLaughlin and Link Neal (AKA Rhett & Link), is home to an array of digital-first comedy, variety, culinary, and game shows that draw audiences comparable to their peers in broadcast and cable TV. Their owned and operated YouTube channels have amassed 34 million subscribers and 14 billion lifetime views, plus 26 million followers across other social media platforms. Their hit food-focused interview show Last Meals, hosted by Mythical Chef Josh Scherer, will be available on Tubi.
    • Watcher is a digital media company and YouTube channel founded by Ryan Bergara, Shane Madej, and Steven Lim, dedicated to creating premium unscripted content that spans mysteries, the supernatural, history, and food. Known for standout series like Ghost Files, Mystery Files, and Puppet History, Watcher has built a loyal, global fanbase of over 3 million followers and their series “Ghost Files” will be available on Tubi.

New Distribution Deal Between Tubi and Fulwell Entertainment’s UNINTERRUPTED Kicks Off with Documentary Produced by HANA KUMA and NIKE in August 2025

SAN FRANCISCO, June 17,  2025  – Tubi (www.tubi.tv), Fox Corporation’s (NASDAQ: FOXA, FOX) ad-supported streaming service, today announced a partnership with Uninterrupted for the sports documentary, THE SECOND SET, which chronicles renowned athlete Naomi Osaka’s return to professional tennis after the birth of her child. The documentary film is set to premiere in August 2025 as a Tubi Exclusive.

THE SECOND SET will deliver an intimate look into the life of Osaka as she navigates balancing her career with first-time motherhood and is described as a love letter to her daughter, Shai. THE SECOND SET is produced by Hana Kuma and Nike and directed by documentary filmmaker Kat Jayme (“The Grizzlie Truth”, “I’m Just Here for the Riot”, “Finding Big Country”).  The title is the first of a larger multi-year, multi-program distribution partnership between Tubi and Fulwell Entertainment’s Uninterrupted for athletic-centric sports and culture stories.

James,  Carter, Jamal Henderson and Philip Byron from Uninterrupted also serve as executive producers. The deal was brokered by Uninterrupted’s Albert MJ Choi and Tubi’s Ian Nelson.

Exceeds 100 Million Monthly Active Users, Reaches 2.2% of Total Viewing Minutes in Nielsen’s The Gauge and Over 1 Billion Hours of Total Viewing Time in a Month

According to The Gauge, which tracks monthly TV and streaming usage in the U.S., Tubi has reached an all-time high of 2.2% of total TV viewing minutes in May 2025.

Tubi’s Expansive UK Library Size Doubles in its First Year

London, 16 June, 2025 – Tubi (www.tubitv.com), Fox Corporation’s (NASDAQ: FOXA, FOX) ad-supported streaming service, today announced it has expanded upon its content offering in the UK with over a thousand movies and TV episodes added to its free video-on-demand library. With recently executed library content deals with global studios AMC Networks, Lionsgate, NBCUniversal (NBCU), New Regency and Sony Pictures Entertainment – Tubi viewers in the UK will have access to even more fan favourite movies across key performing genres such as action, thriller, comedy, and horror. Tubi launched in the UK in July of 2024 with 20,000, movies and TV episodes and has since expanded its offering for viewers with over 40,000 movies and TV episodes currently available in the UK.

“Since launching nearly a year ago in the UK, Tubi has doubled its library size, cementing its position as offering the biggest collection of free movies and TV series in the UK,” said Ross Appleton, General Manager, UK, at Tubi. “With rising costs and fragmentation in streaming, Tubi will continue to offer viewers extensive content choice and a highly personalized viewing experience. SAN FRANCISCO, June 16, 2025 — Tubi (www.tubi.tv), Fox Corporation’s (NASDAQ: FOXA, FOX) ad-supported streaming service, today announced it has acquired the original sports documentary series ZERO STAR: THE CAM WARD STORY, a powerful new docuseries chronicling the unlikely rise of Cam Ward — from an overlooked high school quarterback with a single Division I FCS offer to the leader of the Miami Hurricanes and the No. 1 overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft. The series will premiere exclusively on Tubi in September 2025.

Developed and produced by Firebrand Media Group, the six-episode series delivers unprecedented access to Cam Ward’s life — on and off the field. ZERO STAR is more than a football story: it’s a portrait of faith, family, and resilience in the face of constant rejection. Through never-before-seen archival footage, raw behind-the-scenes moments, and intimate interviews with Ward, his family, coaches, teachers, and teammates, the series peels back the layers of a young man who refused to quit.

“Being overlooked — in my shoes, it was a blessing and a curse,” says Ward. “I overcame the curse by turning adversity into strength and I have played with nothing to lose, which is a blessing.  It means you bring it all and leave it all out there on the field and in life.”

Each episode in ZERO STAR explores a pivotal moment in Cam’s life — from being passed over at regional camps, to his record-setting season at UIW, to the media frenzy around his transfer to Miami, and ultimately to his unexpected Heisman run. The series follows Cam to the NFL Draft, capturing the emotional weight of a family that never gave up, and the raw payoff of a young man finally being seen.

New Slate of 20+ Kickstarter-Funded Films Launching Exclusively on Tubi this Fall

San Francisco, CA –  June 12, 2025 – Tubi (www.tubitv.com), Fox Corporation’s (NASDAQ: FOXA, FOX) free ad-supported streaming service, has partnered with Kickstarter on a unique strategic partnership to bring over 20 Kickstarter funded films to Tubi’s platform for an exclusive period. Tubi reaches over 97 million monthly active users and offers free, premium entertainment through the world’s largest collection of on-demand movies and TV episodes, including hundreds of culturally resonant originals. This partnership empowers Kickstarter filmmakers by providing them access to Tubi’s large and growing audience, who can look forward to discovering over 20 fan-supported films, available on Tubi this Fall.

The films selected by Kickstarter and Tubi to come onto the platform will reflect genres that uniquely resonate with Tubi  fandoms. In addition to providing distribution and discovery for the slate, Tubi will invest into the FilmStream Collective Fund – available exclusively to filmmakers on Kickstarter – to support films in need of funding to complete their films. Kickstarter and Tubi will pledge directly to 10 Kickstarter campaigns to help meet the selected campaigns’ funding goals. These titles will be exclusively available on Tubi for the first 3 months.
