Tubi Achieves Record Audience Scale and Engagement

Exceeds 100 Million Monthly Active Users, Reaches 2.2% of Total Viewing Minutes in Nielsen’s The Gauge and Over 1 Billion Hours of Total Viewing Time in a Month

San Francisco, June 17, 2025 – Tubi (www.tubitv.com), Fox Corporation’s (NASDAQ: FOXA, FOX) ad-supported streaming service, today announced it exceeded 100 million monthly active users and surpassed 1 billion hours of total viewing time in the month of May. According to The Gauge, which tracks monthly TV and streaming usage in the U.S., Tubi has reached an all-time high of 2.2% of total TV viewing minutes in May 2025.

“In the fierce battle for consumer attention, Tubi continues to gain momentum by offering something different: premium on-demand entertainment that is 100% free for viewers and 100% powered by ads,” said Anjali Sud, CEO of Tubi. “Tubi is resonating with cordless audiences, younger audiences and audiences that dictate culture, define trends and represent billions in purchasing power. At a time when every marketing dollar counts, Tubi is becoming the essential platform for advertisers to reach essential consumers.”

Tubi offers the world’s largest collection of nearly 300,000 movies and TV episodes and 400 Tubi Originals, delivered in a personalized, frictionless viewing experience across a wide variety of devices. More than 95% of viewing on Tubi is ondemand movies and TV shows, differentiating the platform versus other FAST platforms that skew towards live, linear channel viewing. Over half of Tubi viewers are Gen Z or Millennials and 67% are cord cutters and cord nevers, according to the March MRI Cord Evolution Study.

 Newly Added Movies and TV Series Include Genre Fan Favourites from Global Studios AMC Networks, Lionsgate, NBCUniversal, New Regency and Sony Pictures Entertainment 

Tubi’s Expansive UK Library Size Doubles in its First Year

London, 16 June, 2025 – Tubi (www.tubitv.com), Fox Corporation’s (NASDAQ: FOXA, FOX) ad-supported streaming service, today announced it has expanded upon its content offering in the UK with over a thousand movies and TV episodes added to its free video-on-demand library. With recently executed library content deals with global studios AMC Networks, Lionsgate, NBCUniversal (NBCU), New Regency and Sony Pictures Entertainment – Tubi viewers in the UK will have access to even more fan favourite movies across key performing genres such as action, thriller, comedy, and horror. Tubi launched in the UK in July of 2024 with 20,000, movies and TV episodes and has since expanded its offering for viewers with over 40,000 movies and TV episodes currently available in the UK.

“Since launching nearly a year ago in the UK, Tubi has doubled its library size, cementing its position as offering the biggest collection of free movies and TV series in the UK,” said Ross Appleton, General Manager, UK, at Tubi. “With rising costs and fragmentation in streaming, Tubi will continue to offer viewers extensive content choice and a highly personalized viewing experience. A sample of movies and series currently available from AMC Networks on Tubi include: Bad Axe, Revenge, and Speak No Evil (2022), with Skinamarink, the Growing Up HipHop series (169 episodes), Wicked City (21 episodes) with more coming soon.

A sample of movies currently available from Lionsgate on Tubi include: The Mist, The Devil You Know, Remember Me, and Redemption (2013) with more coming soon.

A sample of movies soon to be available from NBCU on Tubi include: The Last House on the Left, Mama, The Strangers, Death Becomes Her, The Purge, and more.

A sample of movies currently available from New Regency on Tubi include: The Girl Next Door, and Unfaithful.

Six-Episode Series Developed and Produced by Firebrand Media Group Premieres September 2025, Exclusively on Tubi

SAN FRANCISCO, June 16, 2025 — Tubi (www.tubi.tv), Fox Corporation’s (NASDAQ: FOXA, FOX) ad-supported streaming service, today announced it has acquired the original sports documentary series ZERO STAR: THE CAM WARD STORY, a powerful new docuseries chronicling the unlikely rise of Cam Ward — from an overlooked high school quarterback with a single Division I FCS offer to the leader of the Miami Hurricanes and the No. 1 overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft. The series will premiere exclusively on Tubi in September 2025.

Developed and produced by Firebrand Media Group, the six-episode series delivers unprecedented access to Cam Ward’s life — on and off the field. ZERO STAR is more than a football story: it’s a portrait of faith, family, and resilience in the face of constant rejection. Through never-before-seen archival footage, raw behind-the-scenes moments, and intimate interviews with Ward, his family, coaches, teachers, and teammates, the series peels back the layers of a young man who refused to quit.

New Slate of 20+ Kickstarter-Funded Films Launching Exclusively on Tubi this Fall

San Francisco, CA –  June 12, 2025 – Tubi (www.tubitv.com), Fox Corporation’s (NASDAQ: FOXA, FOX) free ad-supported streaming service, has partnered with Kickstarter on a unique strategic partnership to bring over 20 Kickstarter funded films to Tubi’s platform for an exclusive period. Tubi reaches over 97 million monthly active users and offers free, premium entertainment through the world’s largest collection of on-demand movies and TV episodes, including hundreds of culturally resonant originals. This partnership empowers Kickstarter filmmakers by providing them access to Tubi’s large and growing audience, who can look forward to discovering over 20 fan-supported films, available on Tubi this Fall.

The films selected by Kickstarter and Tubi to come onto the platform will reflect genres that uniquely resonate with Tubi  fandoms. In addition to providing distribution and discovery for the slate, Tubi will invest into the FilmStream Collective Fund – available exclusively to filmmakers on Kickstarter – to support films in need of funding to complete their films. Kickstarter and Tubi will pledge directly to 10 Kickstarter campaigns to help meet the selected campaigns’ funding goals. These titles will be exclusively available on Tubi for the first 3 months.

TUBI ACQUIRES DESTRY ALLYN SPIELBERG’S FEATURE DIRECTORIAL DEBUT HORROR THRILLER “PLEASE DON’T FEED THE CHILDREN”

Premieres Friday, June 27 

SAN FRANCISCO, (June 3, 2025) Tubi (www.tubi.tv), Fox Corporation’s (NASDAQ: FOXA, FOX) ad-supported streaming service, today announced it has acquired as a Tubi Original Film the horror thriller “PLEASE DON’T FEED THE CHILDREN” which will premiere exclusively on the service Friday, June 27th. Directed by Destry Allyn Spielberg, the film stars Michelle Dockery (Downton Abbey, The Gentlemen), Giancarlo Esposito (Better Call Saul, “Megalopolis”), Zoe Colletti (Only Murders In The Building, Boo Bitch), Andrew Liner (Ransom Canyon), Dean Scott Vazquez (“Transformers: Rise of the Beasts”, “You Are So Not Invited To My Bat Mitzvah”) Regan Aliyah (Ironheart, XO, Kitty), Emma Meisel (Doogie Kameāloha, M.D.), Josh Melnick (Saint X, “Tesla”) and Vernon Davis (“Chariot”, “A Day To Die”)

“PLEASE DON’T FEED THE CHILDREN” takes place in a not-so-distant future where society contends with a pervasive virus that afflicts the entire adult population. After the deadly viral outbreak, a group of orphans flee in search of a new life, only to be taken hostage by a woman hiding a sinister secret. The horror thriller is written by Paul Bertino and marks the directorial debut of Destry Allyn Spielberg.

Tubi reaches over 97 million monthly active users and offers free, premium entertainment through the largest collection of on-demand movies and TV episodes, including hundreds of culturally resonant originals.

Tubi 2025-2026 Programming Slate
The all new adult animated comedy, BREAKING BEAR is a fur-flying, law-breaking, forest-saving rampage following a dysfunctional family of bears who go full criminal to stop frackers, mobsters, and a psychotic wolf pack from destroying their home. As they spiral deeper into the criminal abyss, they face off against biker gangs, an egomaniacal news anchor, and their own spectacular talent for self-sabotage. OscarWinner  Brendan Fraser (The Whale), EMMYWinner Sarah Michelle Gellar (Buffy the Vampire Slayer), EMMYWinner Annie Murphy (Schitt’s Creek) with Elizabeth Hurley (The Royals) and TonyNominee Josh Gad (Frozen) will lend their voices to the series created by Julien Nitzberg (The Wild and Wonderful Whites of West Virginia) and produced by Evoke Entertainment (Creepshow, Twelve Forever, and Day of the Dead) and Tom DeLonge’s To The Stars Media (Monsters of California, Unidentified). 

 

Tubi has renewed the Channel 4 hit comedy BIG MOOD starring Nicola Coughlan (Bridgerton) who earned a BAFTA nomination for her performance and Lydia West (It’s A Sin). It’s been a year since Maggie and Eddie last saw each other, without any contact between the best friends. When Eddie suddenly returns for a wedding, she isn’t alone – Maggie has competition, in the form of an infuriatingly positive spiritual healer named Whitney. Can Maggie and her special brand of chaos find space in Eddie’s new life? Or will Maggie lose Eddie forever? Written and created by Camilla Whitehill, it will again be directed by Rebecca Asher. Executive Producers are Lotte Beasley Mestriner, Laurence Bowen and Chris Carey for Dancing Ledge Productions and Camilla Whitehill. Tubi will co-produce with Channel 4 and Fremantle’s Dancing Ledge Productions.

After breaking hearts and Tubi viewership records during the 2024 Holiday Season, Tubi has not only wrapped production on the highly anticipated SIDELINED 2: INTERCEPTED starring Noah Beck, Siena Agudong and Charlie Gillespie (Julie and the Phantoms), with James Van Der Beek (Pose) and Drew Ray Tanner (Riverdale) reprising their roles, but it has greenlit three all-new Young Adult Tubi Original Films. 

HIVE, starring Xochitl Gomez (Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness) is a real-time, socially conscious horror-thriller about a strict, anxious teenager (Gomez) who loses the child she’s babysitting and must brave a sinister force hiding in plain sight among the children in the playground. As her world unravels and her grip on reality starts to slip, she must outwit a world where nothing is as it seems, to make it out alive. The film is produced by Blue Ice Pictures, alongside Nick Scully, Adam Friedlander and Darren Cameron. Lance Samuels and Samantha Levine serve as Executive Producers. Felipe Vargas has written and will direct the full length feature based on his short of the same title.

Chase Hudson (Downfalls High) also known professionally as Huddy, stars in HOW TO LOSE A POPULARITY CONTEST, which was featured as one of 2024’s The Love List “Best Unproduced Romance Scripts,” written by Kaitlin Reilly and Dorian Keyes. HOW TO LOSE A POPULARITY CONTEST is a sharp, flirty high school rom-com about a bad boy and a type-A overachiever teaming up to win student body president – and maybe each other. The film is executive produced by Devorah Moos Hankin, with Lori Massini executive producing and Lindsay McAdam and Jason Fischer producing on behalf of Great Pacific Media, a Thunderbird company.

KISSING IS THE EASY PART, starring Asher Angel (Shazam! Fury of the Gods) is based on the popular Wattpad webnovel of the same name by Christine Duann to be adapted by Rebecca Webb. Straight-A overachiever Sean (Angel) makes a deal to tutor wild child Flora in exchange for a college recommendation letter to his dream school – but when sparks fly, school is the least of their problems. The film is produced by Wattpad WEBTOON Studios’ David Madden, Jason Goldberg and Aron Levitz. Asher Angel executive produces, as well as Blue Ice Pictures’ Lance Samuels and Samantha Levine.

As FOX prepares to carry the World Cup, Tubi will be launching the Original Docuseries, DESTINATION WORLD CUP 2026 (Working Title) which immerses fans into the lives of three players, on and off the pitch, during a critical period in their careers. Produced by 4.4.Forty Media and Headers & Volleys Entertainment, it will chart the highs and lows of life as an elite footballer through the eyes of the stars themselves, exploring what it takes to juggle the growing demands of an intense club schedule with the high-pressure commitments of international games in the build up to the 2026 FIFA World Cup. The three star international players from Argentina, Morocco and the United States will be announced soon, as will additional programming with Tubi continuing to provide compelling content at the intersection of sports and culture.

  • Fraser plays “Jer” – The oldest of the bear siblings, Jer fancies himself the brains of the operation.  Unfortunately, he’s not only wrong – he’s lazy, clueless and usually the one getting everyone into hot water.  If there is a wrong move to make, Jer has already made it.
  • Gellar plays “Blair” – The middle sister and actual brains of the family.  Constantly overlooked, Blair’s the one who ends up cleaning up her brothers’ messes and keeping the family alive – whether they notice or not.
  • Murphy plays  “Tawny” – A human, she’s a gorgeous local news anchor whose number one goal is getting ahead in her field to become the next big national newscaster. 
  • Hurley plays  “Wolf Queen” – the fierce and unyielding guardian of the forest. She is locked in a bitter rivalry with the Bears, whose growing presence and destructive ways threaten the land she is sworn to protect, by any means necessary. 
  • Gad plays “Alistair” –  The baby brother of the family, Alistar swings wildly from adorably anxious to full-on unhinged with zero warning.   Push him the wrong way, and this teddy bear turns terrifying.

Unveils New Ad Products Including Tubi Moments, Carousels and Shoppable Second Screen Experiences to Reach Tubi’s Young, Multicultural, Cordless Audiences

Launches New Strategic Partnerships Including Amazon, Kochava and Moloco to Drive Results Across the Funnel

Tubi offers free, premium entertainment through the largest collection of on-demand movies and TV episodes and hundreds of culturally resonant originals, paired with contextually relevant advertising for young, multicultural and cordless viewers. As a fully ad-supported platform with over 97 million monthly active users and over 95% on-demand viewing, today’s announcements are part of Tubi’s commitment to provide market-leading ad tech and measurement capabilities for marketers to better connect with engaged and incremental audiences.

Tubi announced the following advertising offerings onstage:

New Product Launches:

  • Tubi Wrappers: With the largest content collection in streaming television, Tubi is allowing studios to reach entertainment fanatics through Tubi Wrappers. Studio advertisers can take over Tubi’s homepage to promote upcoming theatrical releases with animated backgrounds, auto-play trailers, high visibility branded UI elements and a call to action.
  • Carousels: Designed with CPG, Tech, and Auto verticals in mind, Carousel Ads enable brands to create immersive virtual showrooms or product showcases on the valuable Tubi homepage, featuring tiles with a custom video, multiple images, and a CTA or QR Code. Viewers can scroll through the tiles to view brand imagery, product details and specific calls to action.
  • New Pause Ad Formats: Animated Pause Ads feature a sound-off, looping video background to give advertisers more creative possibilities. 
  • Tubi Moments: Tubi is enhancing its vast content library by tagging scenes to capture the tone, sentiment and visual cues, enabling brands’ ad creative to appear in the most relevant content moments during a viewer’s journey.
  • Tubi Storefronts: In addition to the shoppable second screen storefront Tubi launched with ShopsenseAI in February, there is now a Tubi Shop with collections of goods like clothing, homegoods and more inspired by the content viewers are obsessing over. Today, commerce-centric advertisers can start up a Tubi Storefront within the Tubi Shop in minutes.
  • Tubi Prime: Tubi Prime gives advertisers guaranteed ad placements within our most popular, brand safe content on Tubi. Through Upfront deals, advertisers can select from content lineups like Tubi Top 50 and Popular with Gen Z and guarantee placements throughout the year, bringing brands closer to conversations around pop culture.

New and Expanded Partnerships:

  • Identity: Tubi’s strategic partnership with Amazon Demand Side Platform enables in market shopper reach and closed loop measurement – leveraging Amazon’s variety of signals – for retail media advertisers.
  • Performance: Tubi is partnering with Moloco, an ad tech platform using advanced machine learning, to optimize Connected TV (CTV) advertising, driving both app installs and post-install engagement. Tubi has also integrated Kochava for Publishers providing advertisers with clear-labeled ad measurement technology, connecting ad delivery to business outcomes such as app installs, in-app engagements, website visits, and conversions.
  • Vertical and Custom Solutions: Ad products and measurement partnerships tailored to bespoke solutions for specific industries—Polk from S&P Global Mobility for automotive insights, Innovid for real-time incremental reach measurement and online attribution solutions, NCS for e-commerce and in-store incremental sales lift, solutions for pharma, finance, QSR and more. 

Sports legend Deion Sanders (Coach Prime) and Emmy Award-winning media personality Rocsi Diaz, co-hosts of the Tubi Original weekly talk show WE GOT TIME TODAY, emceed the event. Noah Beck and Siena Agudong, stars of Tubi original movie SIDELINED: THE QB AND ME and the upcoming sequel SIDELINED 2: INTERCEPTED and creators from Stubios, Tubi’s fan-fueled studio for the creator economy, Kelon Campbell, Grant Gibbs and Ashley Gill were also in attendance to talk about their Tubi projects
