TUBI ANNOUNCES ROSEMARY IDISI AS WINNER OF STUBIOS GREENLIGHT CONTEST

October 3, 2025

TUBI ANNOUNCES ROSEMARY IDISI AS WINNER OF STUBIOS GREENLIGHT CONTEST

Nigerian American Creator to Bring Original Horror/Thriller, GLAMPING, to Tubi October 24th

SAN FRANCISCO, October 3, 2025 – Tubi (www.tubi.tv), Fox Corporation’s (NASDAQ: FOXA, FOX) ad-supported streaming service, today announced actress, writer, and producer Rosemary Idisi as the winner of its first-ever Stubios Greenlight Contest. Idisi’s original horror/thriller, GLAMPING, is slated to premiere October 24th as a Tubi Original. Idisi was selected from a competitive pool of finalists and received the highest fan support during the program’s beta phase, reflecting the growing demand for authentic, underrepresented voices in film and TV.

“I’m passionate about bringing diverse characters to life on screen, especially in genres where we haven’t traditionally seen ourselves,” said Idisi. “Stubios gave me the access, mentorship, and community support that young filmmakers like me rarely receive. I can’t wait to bring GLAMPING to a broader audience.”

GLAMPING follows a seemingly idyllic weekend getaway that takes a terrifying turn when a masked killer disrupts the trip of wannabe influencer Olivia and her friends in Big Bear. The film expands on Idisi’s earlier short by diving deeper into the characters’ backstories, building suspense, and exploring survival themes through a fresh, diverse lens.

“At Tubi, we champion untold stories — and Rosemary’s genre-defying vision for GLAMPING is exactly that,” said Adam Lewinson, Chief Content Officer at Tubi. “Congratulations to Rosemary for winning the Stubios Greenlight Content, and we’re thrilled to help bring her storytelling to Tubi, where stories truly find their audience.”

Stubios is a part of Tubi for Creators, an evolution of Tubi’s content strategy focused on making more of what hits and bringing untold stories to life. Launched in 2024, Stubios is a fan-fueled creator studio designed for aspiring filmmakers and their fans. The program empowers emerging storytellers with funding, mentorship, and a direct path to premiere their original long-form content on Tubi. By giving creators control of their creative destiny and a bridge to Hollywood, Stubios expands audiences while championing underdog voices.

San Francisco, CA — September 17, 2025 — Tubi (www.tubitv.com), Fox Corporation’s (NASDAQ: FOXA, FOX) free ad-supported streaming service, today announced the launch of Productubity, a new Chrome extension designed to help fans stream smarter, and sneakier, while on the clock. Tubi is free streaming that entertains more than 100M MAU, engaging fandoms through 300,000 movies and TV episodes of  familiar and adventurous stories. Starting today, Productubity lets streamers toggle from Tubi to a fictitious work screen with a single click, to keep the stream-a-thon from being perceived by their boss and co-workers.

Once users download this simple, fan-first tool from the Chrome Web Store, they can simply open Tubi in a Chrome tab and start streaming. When a supervisor walks by, one toggle of the Productubity icon will instantly switch the screen to a faux article about increasing productivity. When the coast is clear, toggle back to the “content” without missing the plot. Need something to watch at work? Tubi curated the perfect collection.

“Return-to-office may be back, but so is streaming. Productubity is our cheeky nod to fans who sneak in a stream between spreadsheets,” said Deirdre Hesseldieck, Senior Vice President of Viewer Product at Tubi. “This tool is our way of helping fans reclaim their time and their tabs. It’s a wink to the modern multitasker who knows how to balance the deadlines with drama.”

The launch of Productubity is inspired by data from the proprietary study, The Stream 2025: Audience Insights Shaping Streaming, which revealed habits of Gen Z employees:

  • 84% of Gen Z workers report watching TV or movies while working
  • Half of Gen Z workers stream while working
  • 38% of viewers say they stream at their job site
  • Nearly 48% of Gen Z workers admit to lying to their bosses about streaming while working

BOG GOBLINS, MOB BOSSES AND TEEN HEART THROBS BRING TUBI’S “FREE FOREVER” PROMISE TO LIFE

BOG GOBLINS, MOB BOSSES AND TEEN HEART THROBS BRING TUBI’S “FREE FOREVER” PROMISE TO LIFE

New Commercial Spots Highlight Tubi’s Beloved Genres and Commitment to Remaining Free

SAN FRANCISCO, September 8, 2025 – Tubi (www.tubi.tv), Fox Corporation’s (NASDAQ: FOXA, FOX) ad-supported streaming service, announced a new brand campaign, “Free Forever.” In the new campaign, Tubi, which offers the world’s largest collection of Hollywood movies and TV shows, thousands of creator-led stories and hundreds of Tubi Originals, emphasized it provides fans with all of the hits and none of the fees. In the spots, characters are seemingly stuck in their own genres of crime, fantasy, teen romance, thriller, and film noir, forever.

“Tubi offers unparalleled access to the world’s largest collection of movies and TV shows—it feels too good to be true—which is why we’ve seen some fear among consumers that we’re going to start charging,” said Nicole Parlapiano, Chief Marketing Officer at Tubi. “But our promise is clear: Tubi isn’t just free today, it’s free forever. At a time when price hikes and bait-and-switch models have eroded trust across streaming, we want viewers to feel confident that we’re putting them first. We’ve built a service that engages fandoms through the familiar and adventurous—whether it’s the shows you know and love or an out there movie you couldn’t find anywhere else—without the price tag.”

The campaign responds to rising “streamflation” and broader economic pressures, which have made the value of “free” more important than ever. The five spots airing now feature everything from a goblin resigned to a swamp bog for eternity to a girl wrestling with the idea that she has to choose between Brad and Chad for all time. As Tubi continues to grow, the spots reassure audiences that Tubi will remain free forever as a destination for fan-fueled content. The campaign was created in partnership with Tubi’s creative agency of record, Mischief @ No Fixed Address.

“Free is one thing—and something we’ve had fun showcasing in past work with Tubi—but free forever is basically unheard of in this day and age. It’s usually free for a little while until you’re hooked and suddenly, whoops, not so free anymore. And we thought, if Tubi can stand by that claim, we can have a ton of fun with it,” said Kevin Mulroy, founding partner and EDC at Mischief. “As we started talking about concepts, we circled around the idea of characters being stuck in that role for all of time. Not actors, but the characters themselves, trapped in the content that will be free for all eternity. Sorry, mafia rat, you’re getting pummeled forever.”

Tubi’s latest marketing campaign follows record-breaking momentum for the service, as it crossed 100 million monthly active users and is streaming about 1 billion hours a month with viewing being 95% on-demand. Tubi’s fully addressable audience skews young and diverse with more than half made up of Gen Z and Millennials, and nearly half identifying as multicultural. In June, Tubi expanded its collection of more than 300,000 movies and TV episodes and 400 Originals with the launch of Tubi for Creators — a new program designed to accelerate investment in bringing thousands of creator-led and fan fueled stories  to its audience.

About Tubi

Boldly built for fandom, Tubi is a free streaming service that entertains over 100 million monthly active users. Tubi offers the world’s largest collection of Hollywood movies and TV shows, thousands of creator-led stories and hundreds of Tubi Originals made for the most passionate fans. Headquartered in San Francisco and founded in 2014, Tubi is part of Tubi Media Group, a division of Fox Corporation.
